What is the best sex fiction book for women?

My girlfriend is looking for a erotic book or two for christmas. She is very adventurous with sex. She wants the following in the books in order of preference:

story line
female domination
strapon sex (women to man)
"lots and lots of sex"
"whips and chains"
sex toys (vibrators)
interracial sex (black man, white women)
threesomes and group sex

She likes anything which is fringe and a bit taboo.
